Harbour Circle at Longboat Key

Harbour Circle was developed in the late 1980’s, as contemporary Spanish style villas conveniently located at the very north end of South Bay Isles. A community of mostly 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath villas, ranging in size from approximately 2,187 sq. ft. to 2,966 sq. ft., there are 42 homes in the community. Harbour Circle is maintenance free, with a community pool and spa, but residents do own the land their villa sits on, so several homes do have private pools as well. Calling the Harbouside Golf Course of the Longboat Key Club their “backyard”, Harbour Circle is one of the most visible communities in Bay Isles, seen from Gulf of Mexico Drive and Bay Isles Parkway. A very friendly community with many diverse occupants of all ages and backgrounds, the residents get together for seasonal barbeques on the pool deck and usually celebrate the holidays with an organized dinner at one of our local restaurants.
